WHAT TO EXPECT

As a Business Change Lead, you will be part of the Business Systems Delivery team, this is the crucial bridge between technical delivery and companywide adoption, acting as the mechanism to maximise the value and benefit of the Manufacturing Digitalisation & Innovation programmes within the business. The team combines change management, business readiness, training and testing expertise to deliver a high-quality end user deployment experience across JLR’s global footprint; the team is spread across multiple sites and regular travel between engineering and operational plants is expected. 

Key Accountabilities and Responsibilities:

• Manage Business Change Coordinators across multiple programmes to carry out change management activities and adopt, improve and standardised framework for managing change.
• Define, engage and align stakeholders in preparation for deployments; author and release communications to the impacted users and arrange and host communications events, show and tell events, product demonstrations.
• Conduct, document and communicate change impact assessments across all functions and create stakeholder impact assessments, communication & engagement plans, audience analysis and support communications across the business.
• Ensure ‘Idea to Product’ global business processes maintain alignment with the overall Transformation Process Architecture and are compliant with set regulations and standards and report out business readiness and change status to senior management.

WHAT YOU’LL NEED

You will need experience on delivering and leading system-based change; change management and/or project management accreditation and you will have excellent presentation and communication skills. 


• Experienced in collecting change impacts and driving mitigating actions; excellent behaviours to allow interaction at all organisation levels from shop floor to Director and stakeholder management and influencer.
• Working with business partners, internally and externally and working with international colleagues (European, Chinese, Indian, Brazilian, Slovakian, etc).
• Structured, organised and disciplined in approach to planning and reporting and self-directed and self-paced.
• Ability to deliver with urgency and to work with ambiguity.
