Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead for Change Coordination to become a vital part of our Body Electronics division. This role focuses on guiding a team responsible for the orchestration of design, development, and integration of electronic components in both hardware and software domains for JLR vehicles. Your primary focus will be on component ownership and the successful delivery of various products into the organization, collaborating with multiple departments to ensure effective component introduction.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the release of multiple components while maintaining the Worldwide Engineering Release System.
• Support the management of Change Requests and assist in achieving program milestones.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to facilitate the completion of the change control process.
• Collaborate with component engineering and vehicle attribute teams to resolve issues and develop designs that meet specified targets.
• Ensure all module documentation is current, including meeting minutes.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess previous leadership experience in an administrative setting, along with familiarity with internal systems used for task completion. Experience in organizations that utilize such systems for paperwork and administration will be advantageous. Additionally, experience in engineering or program planning is desirable.
Essential Skills:
• Proven experience in managing the resolution of business, technical, and process challenges within a project team environment.
• Strong understanding of product creation and delivery, change control, product definition, and change management processes.
• Experience working with stakeholders to fulfill their requirements.
• Proficiency in administration and relevant internal systems.
