Position Overview:
We are seeking a dedicated Team Lead for Change Coordination to join our Body Electronics division. This pivotal role involves leading a team responsible for the orchestration of design, development, and implementation of electronic components related to both hardware and software in JLR vehicles. Your primary focus will be on component ownership and ensuring the successful delivery of various products into the organization, while collaborating with multiple departments within JLR to facilitate a seamless introduction of components.
Key Responsibilities:
• Oversee the release of multiple components, ensuring the maintenance of the Worldwide Engineering Release System.
• Assist in managing Change Requests and support the achievement of program milestones.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure the completion of the change control process.
• Collaborate with component engineering and vehicle attribute teams to resolve issues and develop designs that meet specified targets.
• Maintain up-to-date Module documentation, including meeting minutes.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess prior leadership experience in an administrative setting, along with familiarity with internal systems utilized in previous positions to facilitate relevant tasks. Experience with organizations that utilize internal systems for managing paperwork and administration will be advantageous. Additionally, experience in engineering or program planning is desirable.
Essential Skills:
• Proven experience in managing the resolution of business, technical, and process-related issues within a project team environment.
• Strong understanding of product creation and delivery, change control, product definition, and change management processes.
• Experience in collaborating with stakeholders to fulfill their requirements.
• Proficiency in administration and relevant internal systems.
