Position Overview:
We are seeking a Team Leader for Change Coordination to become a vital part of our Body Electronics division. This role is centered around overseeing a team responsible for the orchestration of the design, development, and integration of electronic components in both hardware and software domains for JLR vehicles. Your primary focus will be on component ownership and ensuring the successful delivery of various products within the organization, while collaborating with multiple departments to facilitate a seamless introduction of components.

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the release of numerous components, ensuring the upkeep of the Worldwide Engineering Release System.
• Support the management of Change Requests and contribute to the achievement of program milestones.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure the effective completion of the change control process.
• Assist in resolving challenges with component engineering and vehicle attribute teams to create designs that meet specified targets.
• Maintain all module documentation, including meeting minutes, to ensure accuracy and transparency.

Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess prior leadership experience in an administrative setting, along with familiarity with internal systems utilized in previous positions to accomplish relevant tasks. Experience in organizations that utilize internal systems for managing documentation and administration will be advantageous. Additionally, experience in engineering or program planning is desirable.

Essential Skills:
• Proven experience in managing the resolution of business, technical, and process-related issues within a project team environment.
• Strong understanding of product creation and delivery, change control, product definition, and change management processes.
• Previous experience collaborating with stakeholders to fulfill their requirements.
• Proficiency in administration and relevant internal systems.
