Position Summary:
We are seeking a Team Lead for Change Coordination to join our Body Electronics division. This pivotal role involves overseeing a team responsible for the design, development, and implementation of electronic components in both hardware and software domains for JLR vehicles. Your primary focus will be on component ownership and the successful delivery of various products into the organization, while collaborating with multiple departments to ensure effective component integration.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead the release of numerous components, ensuring the maintenance of the Worldwide Engineering Release System.
• Support the management of Change Requests and facilitate the achievement of program milestones.
• Provide guidance and support to the team to ensure the completion of the change control process.
• Collaborate with component engineering and vehicle attribute teams to resolve issues and develop designs that meet established targets.
• Maintain up-to-date Module documentation, including meeting minutes.
Qualifications:
To be considered for this role, candidates should possess prior leadership experience in an administrative capacity, along with familiarity with internal systems used to complete relevant tasks. Experience in organizations that utilize such systems for administrative purposes will be advantageous. Background in engineering or program planning is also beneficial.
Essential Skills:
• Proven experience in managing the resolution of business, technical, and process-related issues within a project team environment.
• Strong understanding of product creation and delivery, change control, product definition, and change management processes.
• Experience working with stakeholders to fulfill their requirements.
• Proficiency in administration and relevant internal systems.
