Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Programme Management
    • Develop and implement programme plans to ensure timely and cost-effective delivery of commodity solutions.
    • Manage programme targets for cost, weight, and quality, ensuring compliance with legal regulations and requirements.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver programme milestones and manage change requests.
  • Engineering Leadership
    • Lead the resolution of business, technical, and process issues within project teams.
    • Develop and maintain expertise in product creation, delivery, change control, product definition, and change management processes.
    • Provide input into new feature development and ensure programme design solutions meet programme targets.
  • Technical Expertise
    • Develop and maintain knowledge of automotive closure systems, glass, plastics, rubbers, composites, or BIW.
    • Apply knowledge of GD&T and gauge design to ensure high-quality solutions.
    • Utilize 2D and 3D design tools, such as Catia V5/V6/TCE/Digibuck, to create and develop designs.
  • Collaboration and Communication
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver programme milestones and manage change requests.
    • Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure programme targets are met.
Requirements
  • Essential Skills and Experience
    • Previous experience in leading the resolution of business, technical, and process issues within project teams.
    • Good working knowledge of product creation, delivery, change control, product definition, and change management processes.
    • Knowledge of automotive closure systems, glass, plastics, rubbers, composites, or BIW.
    • Able to create 2D sections and 3D geometry using Catia V5/V6/TCE/Digibuck.
    • Knowledge of GD&T and gauge design.
    • Experience in kinematic systems.
    • Driving licence.
