About the Role

Terra Enabling Developers, Ltd. is seeking an experienced Key Account Business Development Specialist to join our team.

Job Summary

We are looking for a seasoned professional with a strong background in enterprise sales and a deep understanding of the health tech industry.

Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

  • Closing Large Deals: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities with existing clients, leveraging relationships and expertise to drive revenue growth.
  • Client Relationship Management: Building and maintaining strong relationships with key decision-makers at top-tier clients, ensuring seamless communication and issue resolution.
  • Negotiation and Customer Feedback: Effectively negotiating contracts and managing client expectations, while soliciting feedback to inform product development and improve customer satisfaction.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Proven Track Record: A minimum of 5 years of experience in B2B sales, with a consistent record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
  • Results-Driven Mindset: A proven ability to work independently, prioritize tasks effectively, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Customer-Centric Approach: A passion for delivering exceptional customer experiences, with a focus on building long-term relationships and driving repeat business.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas and negotiate effectively.
