Job Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Account Development Specialist to join our dynamic team at NTT DATA Business Solutions. As an Account Development Specialist, you will play a pivotal role in driving business growth and ensuring customer satisfaction through effective relationship management and strategic sales initiatives.

Your primary responsibility will be to achieve client retention and financial targets by promoting the NDBS portfolio of software solutions and services to existing accounts. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify new business opportunities and develop tailored account plans to drive revenue growth.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to engage with clients at all levels, from executive decision-makers to technical stakeholders, and build lasting relationships that drive mutual success.

Responsibilities
  • Ensure customer satisfaction and successful outcomes from deployment of NDBS portfolio of software and services.
  • Ensure retention of client annuity-based contracts.
  • Deliver profitable incremental sales on a regular basis.
  • Provide first-rate account development, broadening contacts and consumption of NDBS' solutions.
  • Develop and maintain a high level of understanding of NDBS' proposition and be able to present these in context to the client's requirement.
