Account Development Specialist

We are looking for an experienced Account Development Specialist to join our global Account Management team. In this role, you will be responsible for managing a portfolio of 40 Tier 1 and Tier 2 accounts, with a primary focus on expansion (80%) and new business acquisition (20%). You will play a key role in maintaining strong relationships with existing clients while identifying growth opportunities to increase revenue within the current accounts.
Key Skills and Qualifications:- Experience: At least 3 years SaaS account management experience, with a track record of exceeding sales targets and driving business growth with a focus on client retention.
- Client Relationship Management: Proven ability to build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders, identify and execute expansion opportunities, develop account plans to strategically retain, manage and grow each account.
- New Business Development: Ability to identify and prospect new business opportunities within your territory, manage the full sales cycle from lead generation to closing new business deals.
Estimated salary: $100,000 - $120,000 per year, depending on location and experience.
