Account Development Specialist

The Confederation of Service Charities is looking for a skilled Account Development Specialist to join our team. As an Account Development Specialist, you will play a vital role in maintaining and growing client relationships, winning new business, and ensuring the seamless delivery of existing projects.
About the RoleYou will work closely with our Account Managers and Head of Client Services to manage key client accounts, supporting the delivery of projects on time and in-line with client expectations. Your focus will be on maintaining excellent communication with clients and identifying opportunities for growth within our accounts.
- Client Relationships: Assist the Account Manager in maintaining strong client relationships and be a key point of contact for day-to-day communications.
- Project Coordination: Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth project delivery.
- Reporting: Prepare and present reports on project statuses, client meetings, and other key metrics, helping to shape our future strategies.
- Growth Opportunities: Work with Account Managers to help identify upselling and cross-selling opportunities, preparing proposals and presentations for additional services.
We offer a competitive salary of £45,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including a generous holiday entitlement, flexible/hybrid working, family-friendly policies, and an employee assistance programme.
