Business Development Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced sales professional to join our team as an Industrial Key Account Manager. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and executing a sales strategy to drive growth in the industrial market, focusing on polythene products.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, with a minimum of 5 years' experience in the polythene or flexible packaging sector. They will also have a proven track record of building and maintaining relationships with key accounts, and driving revenue growth through strategic account planning and execution.

The salary for this role is highly competitive, with a basic salary range $90,000 - $125,000 per annum, depending on experience, as well as additional benefits such as a car allowance, home office equipment, phone, pension, and private health care after six months service.

The role requires the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, managing multiple priorities and deadlines, and having excellent communication and negotiation skills.

  • The role will involve 60% servicing existing business and 40% obtaining new business across various industrial sectors.
  • Candidates should be able to work independently, managing their own workload and priorities.
