Job Overview

We are looking for a Key Account Development Specialist to join our team in London. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing key accounts in the retail sector and driving growth through strategic partnerships.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement account development strategies in collaboration with senior leadership.
  • Grow existing accounts and identify new business opportunities.
  • Achieve revenue, gross margin, and distribution targets.
  • Negotiate and execute partnership agreements and lead account reviews.
  • Conduct business planning, forecasting, performance analysis, and reporting.
  • Provide expert advice on customer needs and market insights to inform business strategies.
  • Build strong networks and learn from peers to enhance customer relationships.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years experience in Grocery Account Management (experience with top 4 retailers preferred).
  • Proven track record of commercial success and analytical insights.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with negotiation, influence, and relationship maintenance abilities.
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to manage priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Drive and enthusiasm to identify new opportunities.

Estimated salary: up to £65,000 + Bonus per annum, based on experience.
