Key Account Development Specialist

We are looking for a highly skilled Key Account Development Specialist to join our team at Agile Fox Recruitment Careers.
The ideal candidate will have experience working with key accounts across the globe, with a strong background in jewellery or a related field such as luxury clothing or accessories.
Your primary responsibility will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers, negotiating agreements and contracts to launch new business ventures and driving business growth through effective marketing plans and strategies.
We estimate the salary for this position to be around $140,000 - $170,000 per year, depending on experience and qualifications.
In this role, you will:
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key customers
- Negotiate agreements and contracts to launch new business ventures
- Establish and oversee annual marketing plans, ensuring co-op budget utilization and event planning
- Provide frequent training and Visual Merchandising support to key wholesale accounts
- Meet brand KPIs and sales targets per season
