About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Service Desk Team Manager to oversee the daily operations of our service desk team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring efficient and high-quality support for our clients.

Your primary focus will be on determining and coordinating workflows to drive efficiencies, setting priorities, and delegating tasks to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and service requests.

Key responsibilities include:
