About the Role
    We are looking for a talented individual to join our team as a Service Desk Team Manager. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our service desk team, ensuring that we deliver high-quality support to our clients. You will work closely with our team to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery.
    As a Service Desk Team Manager, you will be responsible for growing and developing your team by providing training, mentorship, and fostering collaboration to meet team and business goals. You will also be responsible for creating and updating service desk policies, processes, and procedures to optimize operations.
