Customer Experience Manager

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Manager to join our team at Equals One Ltd. As a key member of our support team, you will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer experiences across all touchpoints.
About the Role- Salary: £35,000 - £40,000 per annum
- Location: Office based in St Ives, Cambridgeshire
- Job Type: Full time
- Hours: Monday to Friday 8:30am - 5pm, On call cover and 1 week in 4 for weekend cover
In this role, you will work closely with our clients to understand their needs and provide tailored support solutions. You will be responsible for managing the service desk team, ensuring that queries are resolved efficiently and effectively.
