Wells & Co. is seeking a skilled Front of House Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer experiences and food offerings. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the front-of-house operations, managing staff, and maintaining high standards of service.
Responsibilities:
* Take orders and work closely with kitchen staff
* Manage payments and ensure accuracy
* Recommend menu and drinks options to customers
* Monitor service quality and report any incidents or issues
Requirements:
* Previous leadership experience in a hospitality or customer-facing environment
* Enthusiasm and passion for food and beer
* Excellent customer service and teamwork skills
