Job Description

We're seeking a skilled Retail Operations Director - Customer Experience to join our team. This is a challenging and rewarding role that will require you to lead and motivate a close-knit team, driving sales and profit targets through inspirational customer service.

Responsibilities
  • Lead and develop your team to deliver exceptional customer experiences
  • Develop and implement business plans to increase sales margins
  • Manage every aspect of your store, including inventory, staffing, and visual merchandising
  • Constantly look for ways to improve individual, team, and store performance
