Maintenance Operations Director

Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement a clear vision for the Maintenance department
- Analyze and optimize maintenance metrics to minimize waste
- Strategize ways to shift Corrective Maintenance tasks to Preventative Maintenance
- Closely monitor expenses and performance to achieve cost-effectiveness
- Support new projects and collaborate with suppliers to drive innovation
- Manage third-party contracts and contractor services effectively
- Regularly evaluate team performance and conduct 1-2-1 sessions with Team Leaders
- Enhance safety standards within the maintenance team
The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, problem-solving ability, and experience in managing a Maintenance department. This role offers a competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
