Retail Operations Manager

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Retail Shift Manager to join our team in St Neots. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of managing teams, leading by example and driving sales growth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the store, ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining high standards of retail execution. They will also be responsible for training and developing their team members, providing coaching and feedback to support their growth and development.
The salary for this role is £14.35 - £14.85 per hour, with a 30 hour contract. This position offers a competitive benefits package, including 30-35 days holiday (pro rata), 10% in-store discount and enhanced family leave.
