At Equals One Ltd, we are looking for a talented Support Services Team Supervisor to join our team.

The successful candidate will oversee the daily operations of our service desk team, ensuring efficient and high-quality support for clients. They will determine and coordinate workflows to drive efficiencies, set priorities, and delegate tasks to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and service requests.

The ideal candidate will have experience managing and developing a team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction rates. They will also have proven experience providing efficient and high-quality customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the daily operations of the service desk team
  • Determine and coordinate workflows to drive efficiencies
  • Set priorities and delegate tasks to ensure timely resolution of technical issues and service requests
  • Monitor performance metrics and customer satisfaction
  • Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance service delivery

About You:

  • You have experience managing and developing a team to deliver outstanding customer satisfaction rates
  • You have proven experience providing efficient and high-quality customer service
  • You are a proactive problem solver with excellent communication skills
