Salary: £49 per hour, paid on an hourly basis with the option to work overtime. The salary reflects the importance of this role within the organisation and the need for skilled professionals to ensure high-quality products.

Job Description: As a Quality Control Operative, you will be responsible for managing and supporting quality assurance checks on printed golf balls. This will involve inspecting final products, calibrating production machinery, and maintaining accurate records on the quality control database. You will also be responsible for conducting audits to check print quality, colours, legibility of text, and overall size and placement using current design sheets and artwork.

Required Skills and Qualifications: To be successful in this role, you will need previous experience working within a quality control environment. You should be computer literate, with experience using Microsoft Word, Excel, and email. Full training will be provided to ensure you have the necessary skills to perform your duties effectively.
