About the Job: We're looking for a highly skilled Project Highway Supervisor Leader to join our team on a major client contract based in Northampton. As a key member of our infrastructure consultancy, you will be responsible for overseeing and guiding technical teams to deliver high-quality projects.

Your Primary Responsibilities:

  • Lead and guide onsite contractors to achieve quality and comply with project specifications
  • Work closely with technical teams to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain a comprehensive understanding of NEC4 Contracts to tackle project challenges

Requirements:

  • A degree/HND in Civil Engineering is essential for this role
  • Proven experience as an NEC Supervisor, preferably in highways or bridge sectors
  • A valid driving licence is required for this position

Salary Information:

The salary for this position is up to £50 per hour (Umbrella) inside IR35, working 40 hours per week. This is a unique opportunity to work with a leading global infrastructure consultancy and contribute to prestigious projects.
