About the Role

Advanced Resource Managers is seeking a highly experienced NEC4 Highways Supervisor to join a leading global infrastructure consultancy on a major client contract in Northampton.

This position is a key role holding NEC supervision on a specialist project delivered for a local authority. You will work with onsite contractors to ensure quality and meet project specifications.

We are looking for an individual with experience in highways or bridge sectors, supervising technical teams, and working knowledge of NEC4 Contracts. A degree/HND in Civil Engineering is essential for this role, along with a valid driving license.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the delivery of the project, ensuring it meets the agreed specification.
  • Work closely with onsite contractors to guarantee quality and adhere to project timelines.
  • Maintain accurate records and reports throughout the project lifecycle.
What We Offer

This position offers a competitive rate of up to £50 per hour (Umbrella), inside IR35, working 40 hours per week. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NEC4 contracts, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects.
