Your New Role
We are now looking to recruit a Site Manager to join our team reporting into the Contracts Manager.
As a Site Manager, you will be site-based and responsible for the delivery of projects on time and within budget while meeting the clients' brief.
- Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers.
- Conduct regular site inspections and quality checks.
What You'll Need to Succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Previous experience in a similar role is essential, with a proven track record in delivering projects.
- CSCS, SMSTS and First Aid certifications.
- Good computer skills, including the use of MS applications (Outlook, Word, Excel, Project).
Estimated Salary
£60,000 - £80,000 per annum.
