The successful candidate will be responsible for managing project costs and budgets, ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining control over expenditure.

This role requires excellent negotiation and communication skills, enabling effective collaboration with clients, contractors, and internal stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage project costs and budgets, ensuring accurate financial reporting and maintaining control over expenditure.
  • Prepare and submit tender documents, effectively communicating the company's value proposition to clients and stakeholders.
  • Conduct thorough risk assessments and value engineering studies to optimize project outcomes and minimize potential liabilities.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Quantity Surveyor, with a strong track record of delivering successful projects.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Relevant qualifications, such as a degree in Construction Management or a related field.
