Job Summary:

We are seeking a Project Budget Specialist to join our team at A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd. As a key member of our project team, you will be responsible for managing project costs, developing cost estimates and budgets, and conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop cost estimates and budgets for projects
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments
  • Manage project finances, including procurement and contract administration
  • Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Senior Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods and materials
