A.D.S Construction Personnel Ltd is seeking a skilled Senior Quantity Surveyor to join their team in St Neots, Cambridgeshire. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in construction project management and be able to work independently.

The successful applicant will be responsible for managing all costs related to projects from initial calculations to final figures. This includes preparing cost estimates and budgets, conducting feasibility studies and risk assessments, managing project finances, and monitoring and controlling costs throughout the project lifecycle.

As a Senior Quantity Surveyor, you will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed within budget. You will work closely with project managers and other team members to ensure that all aspects of the project are properly managed.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prepare cost estimates and budgets for projects.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and risk assessments.
  • Manage project finances, including procurement and contract administration.
  • Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Prepare and present detailed reports to stakeholders.
