Advanced Resource Managers is partnering with a leading global infrastructure consultancy to deliver a major client contract in Northampton. As a NEC4 Highways Supervisor, you will play a crucial role in the success of this project.

Your primary responsibility will be to supervise and coordinate the delivery of the project, ensuring it meets the agreed specification. You will work closely with onsite contractors to guarantee quality and adhere to project timelines.

We require an individual with experience in either highways or bridge sectors, supervising technical teams, and possessing a working knowledge of NEC4 Contracts. A degree/HND in Civil Engineering is important for this role, and you must hold a valid driving license.

Project Details

This position is based onsite in Northampton and involves working 40 hours per week at a rate of up to £50 per hour (Umbrella), inside IR35.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of NEC4 contracts, excellent leadership skills, and a passion for delivering high-quality projects. If you are a motivated professional with experience in project management, we encourage you to apply.
