We are seeking an experienced Senior Service Desk Manager to lead our 24/7 support service team at Equals One Ltd in St Ives, Cambridgeshire. About the Role:

The Senior Service Desk Manager will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our 24/7 support service. As a member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting your team, providing technical expertise to clients, and driving process improvements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of service desk technicians, providing guidance and support as needed
  • Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, and other communication channels
  • Identify and escalate complex technical issues to senior engineers
  • Develop and implement processes to improve service efficiency and quality
  • Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless integration of services

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a similar role or in a technical support environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Familiarity with IT service management principles and practices
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
