Enterprise Sales Director for UK Market Expansion

We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to drive our growth in the UK market. As a Regional Business Development Director, you will lead a newly established sales team and focus on acquiring major enterprise clients for our no-code workflow automation and CRM solutions.

This is a critical role that requires a strategic approach to sales management, leveraging your expertise to develop pipelines, manage key sales conversions, and accurately maintain sales forecasts.

Key Accountabilities of the Role Include:

  • Develop and execute strong and creative sales strategies to drive business growth.
  • Directly participate in sales and build long-lasting relationships with C/VP-level clients.
  • Engage and develop channel partners to expand our reach in the UK market.
  • Regularly report to leadership on target achievements and provide insightful feedback to address underperformance.

Our ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales and 5+ years of experience in leading sales teams. They should be able to attract top talent, live by our five key values, and develop a high-performance culture focused on success, ownership, loyalty, and growth.
