We are seeking an experienced Enterprise Sales Director to drive our expansion in the UK. This critical role involves leading a newly established sales team, focusing on acquiring major enterprise clients for our no-code workflow automation and CRM solutions.

This is a key opportunity to accelerate our UKI business by efficiently executing Creatio's go-to-market strategy.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Achieving assigned sales targets through effective sales execution.
  • Actively participating in deals and partner engagements.
  • Managing opportunities with a hands-on approach and direct participation in the sales process.

The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales and leadership roles. They should possess excellent people management skills and experience working in remote environments.
