UK Sales Director for Enterprise Clients

We are seeking a seasoned sales professional to take on the role of UK Sales Director for our enterprise clients. As a member of our European leadership team, you will be responsible for driving growth in the UK by developing and executing strong sales strategies, directly participating in sales, and building long-lasting relationships with clients.

You will manage a newly established sales team, focusing on acquiring major enterprise clients for our no-code workflow automation and CRM solutions. Your goal is to achieve assigned sales targets by efficiently executing our go-to-market strategy and actively participating in deals and partner engagements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop pipelines by launching sales-driven lead-generation initiatives.
  • Manage key sales conversions, accurately maintain sales forecasts, and instill a sense of urgency and accountability in the team.
  • Directly participate in sales and build long-lasting C/VP-level relationships with clients.

What You Should Expect from Us: A remote-first hybrid model, a developed customer base in the UK and globally, focus on making our clients successful, and a growing partnership network of leading global system integrators.

Expected Salary: £100,000 - £140,000 per annum, depending on experience.
