About the Role: We are seeking a talented Enterprise Sales Director to drive our growth and expansion in the UK. As a key member of our European leadership team, you will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets.

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in enterprise software sales, with experience in leading sales teams and managing complex sales environments. You will be responsible for developing pipelines, managing key sales conversions, and accurately maintaining sales forecasts.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute strong sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
  • Lead and manage a high-performing sales team to achieve sales targets
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management
  • Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners

Requirements:

  • 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
  • 5+ years of experience in leading sales teams
  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
  • Experience working in complex sales environments
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
