Senior Sales Leadership Position

As a Senior Sales Leader, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through strategic planning, team leadership, and customer engagement.
You will work closely with the Sales and Marketing teams to develop and execute sales strategies that meet and exceed revenue targets.
Key responsibilities include leading, motivating, and mentoring sales teams, developing and executing sales plans, and managing sales performance to achieve business objectives.
The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of market dynamics, competitive landscape, and sales methodologies, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Based on the requirements of the role, we estimate the salary to be £95,000 - £115,000 + package.
