About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our property management team and contribute to the growth and success of our company. As a Lease Management Professional, you will be responsible for managing our lease agreements, negotiating with landlords, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of lease transactions and collaborating with the finance team to ensure correct accounting treatment of leased properties.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage lease agreements with landlords

- Track rent payments and follow up on outstanding balances with landlords
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of PQE in property management, leasing, or corporate real estate
- Experience working in the data centre industry preferred but not essential
- Strong knowledge of property management and lease accounting
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
