About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our property management team and contribute to the growth and success of our company. As a Lease Management Professional, you will be responsible for managing our lease agreements, negotiating with landlords, and ensuring compliance with legal and regulatory requirements. You will also be responsible for maintaining accurate records of lease transactions and collaborating with the finance team to ensure correct accounting treatment of leased properties.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage lease agreements with landlords

  • Strong knowledge of property management and lease accounting
  • Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
