About the Role

Lockton is seeking a highly experienced and skilled Claims Associate to join their Professional & Financial Risks Claim team in London.

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing their own caseload of Financial Lines claims, with a primary focus on Management Liability/FI risks. This role requires strong technical knowledge of the London Market, including systems such as ECF and CLASS.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and develop their own caseload of Financial Lines claims, primarily focusing on Management Liability/FI risks.
  • Demonstrate strong technical and policy interpretation skills, with a solid understanding of the London Market.
  • Develop and maintain effective relationships with clients and insurers, ensuring timely and professional claim resolution.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in Management Liability, Crime, and FI Claims, with a strong track record of claim resolution.
  • Strong technical claims processing knowledge, including a deep understanding of the London Market and its systems.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively liaise with clients and insurers.
  • Able to work independently, prioritizing tasks and managing time effectively to meet deadlines.

Salary: £55,000 - £65,000 per annum (dependent on experience)
