We are seeking a highly experienced CDM Advisor Professional to join our team at PIB Risk Management. As a CDM Advisor, you will play a vital role in ensuring that our clients comply with the CDM 2015 regulations and maintain a safe working environment on construction sites. Your primary responsibilities will include identifying and analyzing risks associated with construction projects, developing strategies to mitigate them, and ensuring that clients' statutory duties are met.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Carry out statutory duties and functions as the Principal Designer and non-statutory roles of Advisor to the Principal Designer and CDM Adviser to the Client as defined in the CDM 2015 regulations.
  • Oversee and ensure effective management systems are in place to deliver all aspects of projects and consultancy services.
  • Provide support, guidance, and direction for the development of innovative IT systems.
  • Support clients and carry out site inspections of proposed development sites, including report writing.

This role is expected to earn between £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, based on industry standards.
