Equipment Sales Leadership Role

WR Engineering is seeking an accomplished sales leader to lead our Capital Equipment Division. As Sales Director, you will be responsible for driving sales growth, developing strategic partnerships, and building a high-performing sales team.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Developing and implementing sales strategies to achieve targets
- Managing a team of sales professionals to deliver exceptional results
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities across various industries
- Maintaining strong relationships with customers and partners.
To succeed in this role, you will need:
- Extensive experience in sales leadership, preferably in a similar role within the capital equipment industry
- A proven track record of delivering sales growth and exceeding targets
- Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a high-performing team
We offer a highly competitive package, including:
- A salary up to £70,000 + commission-based OTE of £110,000
