About the RoleThis is an exciting opportunity to join our property management team and contribute to the growth and success of our company. As a Property Acquisition Specialist, you will be responsible for identifying potential properties, conducting site visits, and negotiating with landlords. You will also be responsible for ensuring that all necessary documentation is completed and that all relevant parties are notified.
Key Responsibilities:
- Acquire new properties for our portfolio
- Conduct site visits and identify potential properties
- Negotiate with landlords and complete necessary documentation
- Ensure that all relevant parties are notified
- Work closely with the finance team to ensure that all financial aspects of the acquisition are properly managed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Real Estate, Finance, Business Management, or related field
- 1-3 years of PQE in property acquisition, leasing, or corporate real estate
- Experience working in the data centre industry preferred but not essential
- Strong knowledge of property management and lease accounting
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills
