We are looking for a skilled Property Development Surveyor to join our team at Macdonald & Company. As a key member of the team, you will be responsible for providing strategic acquisitions and development advice on property and infrastructure projects.

The ideal candidate will have a good understanding of the sector, with strong valuation skills and experience working for or closely with Local Authorities/Public Bodies. A Chartered Surveyor (F/MRICS) with Registered Valuer status would be highly desirable.

The successful candidate will be involved in negotiating agreements and assessing acquisitions/redevelopment projects related to major infrastructure schemes.

With an estimated salary range of £55,000-£75,000 per annum, this role offers a competitive remuneration package that reflects experience/qualifications.
