UK Regional Sales Leader

Job Summary: We are seeking a Senior Sales Manager to lead our CRM solutions business in the UK. The successful candidate will have a proven track record in sales leadership and experience in managing complex sales environments.
The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on CRM solutions. You will be responsible for developing sales strategies, managing sales teams, and achieving sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive growth and revenue
- Manage and lead a high-performing sales team
- Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management
- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and partners
Requirements:
- 5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales
- 5+ years of experience in leading sales teams
- Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles
- Experience working in complex sales environments
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
