Regional Sales Leader for UKI Market

We are looking for a highly skilled Regional Sales Leader to spearhead our growth in the UKI market. As a key member of our European leadership team, you will be responsible for developing and executing strong sales strategies, directly participating in sales, and building long-lasting C/VP-level relationships with clients.

You will manage a newly established sales team, focusing on acquiring major enterprise clients for our no-code workflow automation and CRM solutions. Your goal is to achieve assigned sales targets by efficiently executing our go-to-market strategy and actively participating in deals and partner engagements.

Key Accountabilities:

  • Develop pipelines by launching sales-driven lead-generation initiatives.
  • Manage key sales conversions, accurately maintain sales forecasts, and instill a sense of urgency and accountability in the team.
  • Directly participate in sales and build long-lasting C/VP-level relationships with clients.

Desired Skills and Experience: 5+ years in enterprise software sales, 5+ years of experience in leading sales teams, and experience operating in complex enterprise sales environments.

Expected Salary: £90,000 - £130,000 per annum, depending on experience.
