About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team and lead the development and management of key accounts within the food ingredients sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strategic customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service to clients in the region.
Key Responsibilities
Account Management and Growth
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the food ingredients industry.
- Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
- Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions.
Sales and Revenue Generation
- Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals in the assigned region.
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients.
- Conduct negotiations and close sales agreements in alignment with company policies.
Market Insights and Strategy
- Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
- Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to refine offerings.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies.
Reporting and Forecasting
- Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.
- Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
