About the Role


We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Regional Account Manager to join our team and lead the development and management of key accounts within the food ingredients sector. The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in driving sales growth, building strategic customer relationships, and delivering exceptional service to clients in the region.


Key Responsibilities


Account Management and Growth

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts in the food ingredients industry.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
  • Ensure customer satisfaction through regular follow-ups, addressing concerns, and providing tailored solutions.


Sales and Revenue Generation

  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and revenue goals in the assigned region.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities with prospective clients.
  • Conduct negotiations and close sales agreements in alignment with company policies.


Market Insights and Strategy

  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitor activity to identify growth opportunities.
  • Provide feedback to the product development and marketing teams to refine offerings.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies.


Reporting and Forecasting

  • Prepare regular sales reports, forecasts, and updates for senior management.
  • Monitor and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure alignment with business objectives.
