Dermatology Account Manager - Biologics

We are looking for an experienced Dermatology Account Manager to join our team at CHASE. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and be knowledgeable about the high-cost drugs industry.

In this role, you will be responsible for launching our new biologic portfolio into local ICS/Trusts, serving as the primary point of contact for key external stakeholders, and communicating the value proposition and executing infield brand strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Accelerating Launch Uptake: Create and implement successful regional and local P2P plans to expedite adoption of this groundbreaking biologic.
  • Differentiating Value Proposition: Clearly articulate the product's unique selling points.
  • Territory Planning: Develop a business plan for your territory aligned with the brand strategy for high-priority accounts.
  • Market Insight: Understand patient flow, local ecosystems, and key influencers to inform strategic planning.
  • Formulary Gains: Collaborate with local market access managers to secure formulary approvals at local and regional levels.
  • Omnichannel Approach: Leverage omnichannel strategies to increase customer adoption.

A competitive salary of £60,000-£80,000 per annum is available for this position.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Sales experience in high-cost drugs, including launch experience (ideally).
  • Experience working in Immunology/Dermatology therapeutic areas with established relationships (ideally).
  • Proven ability to interact with and shape relationships with healthcare stakeholders, particularly payors.
  • Solid understanding of the high-cost drugs UK healthcare landscape, including national & local payors, providers, and healthcare funding flows.
  • Able to think independently and act autonomously.
