Healthcare Account Executive

Our client is a leading international healthcare company with a strong presence in the UK Medical dermatology marketplace. We are currently seeking a skilled Healthcare Account Executive - Biologics Division to join their team in the North East England region.
As a key member of the sales team, you will be responsible for launching our new biologic portfolio into the local ICS/Trusts. Your primary focus will be to develop and maintain strong relationships with key external stakeholders, ensuring effective communication of the value proposition and execution of infield brand strategies.
Key responsibilities include:
- Creating and implementing successful regional and local P2P plans that accelerate launch uptake of our exciting biologic.
- Differentiating the product value proposition through strategic planning and execution.
- Developing a business plan for own territory in line with brand strategy for most important accounts.
- Understanding patient flow, local ecosystems, and key influencers to inform key territory plans.
- Collaborating with local market access managers to support formulary gains at local/regional level.
- Leveraging Omnichannel approaches to increase adoption among key customers.
Candidate requirements:
- Selling experience in high-cost drugs, including launch experience.
- Experience working in the therapeutic areas of Immunology/Dermatology and with established relationships.
- Proven experience interacting with healthcare stakeholders, especially payors.
- Solid understanding of the high-cost drugs UK healthcare landscape.
- Ability to think independently and act autonomously.
The estimated annual salary for this position is £65,000 - £90,000, depending on experience.
