The Role: We’re seeking an empathic, self-motivated Account Executive who is a critical thinker, problem solver, and confident presenter. As part of the Sales team, you will expand the UK&I client base, focusing on new business growth. Responsibilities include building and maintaining a sales pipeline, progressing opportunities, and negotiating closures


.Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Drive sales and business development: lead generation, relationship building, pipeline management, proposal development, high-level solutions design, and pricing.
  • Provide local expertise to tailor offerings to market needs.
  • Develop relationships with key client stakeholders and prospects.
  • Partner with clients to understand their businesses and enhance their success.
  • Maintain regular client contact, including onsite visits.
  • Prepare commercial proposals and contracts.
  • Negotiate scope, commercial, and legal terms with support teams.
  • Maintain account and contract overviews.
  • Ensure accurate forecasting, pipeline management, and sales processes.


Knowledge, Experience & Skills:

  • 2+ years of successful sales experience with demanding customers.
  • Experience selling to CFOs, FDs, and FCs.
  • Expertise in understanding client business needs, preferably with consultative sales experience.
  • Ability to drive insightful conversations with customers.
  • Strong communication skills and goal-oriented actions.
  • Open, communicative personality with intercultural competence and persistence.
  • Assertive and able to express controversial views effectively.
