Neumann Executive specializes in board advisory services and executive search assignments. We operate across borders with a full scope direct search looking for the most exceptional executive talent possible.


Currently we’re looking for Executive Search Partner, who will be responsible for business on the British market.


Requirements

  • Minimum 6-8 years of in-house recruitment and/or executive search firm experience.
  • A self-starter learner and team player with curiosity and agility to learn and adapt.
  • Account management & client-facing experience.
  • Track record of success working with B2B Clients to design, implement and manage enhanced recruitment strategies.
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
  • Has consultative approach, with the ability to manage and resolve complex client situations in an effective manner.
  • Experience in working with multiple recruiting related technologies (ATS, CRM, Sourcing software, etc.).
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications, including Word, Excel and PowerPoint.


Responsibilities

  • Lead and be accountable for end-to-end executive search recruitment providing in-depth recruiting strategies, candidate assessments and tracking metrics to hiring managers.
  • Build trust with both active and passive talent with deep sourcing and market research skills.
  • Provide strategic direction and counsel to hiring executives and senior human resources managers regarding recruiting trends, concerns and possibilities for opportunistic hiring, to ensure a positive client experience.
  • Partner with Client's recruiting leadership and operational hiring managers on an executive level.
  • Ensure the presentation of high quality executive candidates in accordance with diversity and regulatory goals and objectives for both internal and external searches.
  • Identify and approach new Clients and business prospects across the market and develop strong relationships with them.
