Regional Sales Director

Job Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Regional Sales Director to lead our sales team in the On Trade channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, building strong customer relationships, and ensuring exceptional execution of our sales strategies in the field.
The successful candidate will have 5+ years of experience in field sales, preferably within the drinks or beverage industry, and a proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
Key Responsibilities:
- Team Leadership: Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team sales targets.
- Sales Strategy Development: Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies tailored to the drinks market.
- Market Analysis: Conduct market research to identify trends, competitive positioning, and new opportunities within the drinks industry.
