**Regional Sales Director**

Our client is a rapidly growing Insurance Brokers Group specialising in Business and Private Client insurance. This makes them an exciting place to be, as well as rapidly changing and will continue to grow. As a consequence of this rapid growth, we are looking to recruit a number of Regional Sales Directors for our Speciality Division for the North West and East Midlands Regions. Whilst formal reporting lines are to the Sub-Region Managing Directors, dotted line reporting will be necessary to the Northern and Southern Sales Directors.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop personal pipeline to deliver personal sales target
- Manage delivery of Regional sales budget
- Work with your Regional Branches to
- Embrace the best practice sales process
- Deliver the new business budget
- Develop campaigns
- Mentor Development Execs
- Ensure completion of CRM
- Work with Regional Sales Director on sales strategy for the client
- Work with Practice Groups to grow sector penetration and increase presence
- Work with Lead Generation team to increase size and quality of leads
- Increase average win size and create more Corporate opportunities
- Work with stakeholders including sub-region MD’s, Branch Directors and Account Executives to create a sales culture
- Report to Sub-Region MD and Regional Sales Director on pipeline and delivery
- Develop literature including brochures, new business reports and sector crib sheets
- Work with Marketing team to promote the client and their specialisms
- Support local events including social and Client Academies
- Drive through the Premier Prospect process
- Develop and execute a regional sales plan
- Facilitate and manage cross-sell between divisions
- Create and execute best practice sales processes with supporting literature

**Experience**:
This role would suit someone who has a strong sales background and is looking to advance their career. You will have good experience of building a personal pipeline, creating a sales culture and following best practice sales processes. **Salary**: £70,000.00-£80,000.00 per year
